29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle:      A.)  Great Lakes Manufacturing, Inc.  - On or about 2/20/20, the Niagara Shear guard had openings that would allow an employee's fingers to contact the blade.  The openings were approximately 6 to 8-inches wide.      Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
