On and before January 24, 2020, located at project property 2530 Saint Albans Ave., Apt# 1, Cincinnati, OH 45237, a Ryobi table saw utilized did not have the required guarding over the rotating blade to prevent the employees from entering the danger zone during operation.

29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury.  On and before January 24, 2020, located at project property 2530 Saint Albans Ave., Apt# 1, Cincinnati, OH 45237, employees operating a table saw had not been trained on the applicable procedures or regulation to minimize those hazards associated with power tools such as guarding, point of operation, ingoing nip points, and rotating parts.
