29 CFR 1910.1450(h)(1)(ii): The employer did not maintain safety data sheets that were received with incoming shipments of hazardous chemicals and ensure that they were readily accessible to laboratory employees.  a) Montana Science Center STEAM Lab: On or about February 25, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from chemicals including, but not limited to: Hydrogen Peroxide (Alchemist H2O2 liquid oxygen 34), Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol, Acetone, while performing demonstration experiments. The employer failed to maintain safety data sheets for the chemicals used at the facility.
