29 CFR 1910.95(b)(1): When employees were subjected to sound exceeding those listed in Table G-16, feasible administrative or engineering controls were not utilized:  A) Saw 1 - On or about March 12, 2020, an employee operating a pallet dismantler was exposed to continuous noise levels at 97.4 dBA or 280.5 percent of the permissible daily noise exposure (8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 90 dBA) during the 421 minute sampling period; exposure calculations included a zero increment for the 59 minutes not sampled.  B) Saw 2 - On or about March 12, 2020, an employee operating a pallet dismantler was exposed to continuous noise levels at 93.0 dBA or 153.4 percent of the permissible daily noise exposure (8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 90 dBA) during the 410 minute sampling period; exposure calculations included a zero increment for the 70 minutes not sampled.
