29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  (a) BUILDING 43: The Porter Cable Drill Press SN-063243 was not guarded to protect employees from contact with the rotating bit, exposing them to caught-in hazards.  (b) BOILER ROOM: The Rockwell Drill Press SN-1784343 was not guarded to protect employees from contact with the rotating bit, exposing them to caught-in hazards.

BUILDING 44: The main disconnect panel was blocked by cactus preventing access to the panel in the event of an emergency, exposing employees to electrocution, burn, and smoke inhalation hazards.
