29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a). Sensenig Turkey Farm - The employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communications program for employees who are exposed to chemicals such as but not limited to sodium hypochlorite, sodium hydroxide(Buckman's sodium hydroxide solution), propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol methyl ether(Liquik 30) and hydrogen peroxide, acetic acid and peroxyacetic acid(Alpha MP-2C), on or about February 26, 2020. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1904.41(a)(2): 29 CFR 1904.41(a)(2) Annual electronic submission of OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses by establishments with 20 or more employees but fewer than 250 employees in designated industries. If your establishment had 20 or more employees but fewer than 250 employees at any time during the previous calendar year, and your establishment is classified in an industry listed in appendix A to subpart E of this part, then you must electronically submit information from OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses to OSHA or OSHA's designee. You must submit the information once a year, no later than the date listed in paragraph (c) of this section of the year after the calendar year covered by the form. a). Sensenig Turkey Farm - The employer failed during calendar year 2020, to electronically submit information from their OSHA Form 300A or equivalent by March 2, 2020.
