29 CFR 1904.35(b)(2)(v)(B): When an authorized employee representative, who represented the employees under a collective bargaining agreement, asked for copies of OSHA 301 Incident Reports or equivalent substitute forms, the employer did not provide copies of the forms, which should have been given with all information removed except the section titled "Tell us about the case", within seven calendar days:  a) Facility  The employer did not provide OSHA 301 Incident Reports for injuries that occurred on November 24, 2019 within seven calendar days after the request.  Violation occurred on or about 12/09/2019.
