29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a) On or about February 27, 2020, in the general shop area, the employer failed to develop, implement and maintain a written Hazard Communication Program for the protection of the employees using hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to ER70S-6 solid wire for MIG Welding, "PPG DT885 Reducer",  "PPG DT870 Reducer", "PPG Deltron mixing base DMD616" and  "PPG Deltron mixing base DMD1609".

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use  a) On or about February 27, 2020, in the general shop area, the employer failed to have safety data sheet for each hazardous chemicals used in the workplace readily available to employees to review, including but not limited to ER70S-6 solid wire for MIG Welding, "PPG DT885 Reducer",  "PPG DT870 Reducer", "PPG Deltron mixing base DMD616" and  "PPG Deltron mixing base DMD1609".
