Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed by hazards:    (a) On or about 02/27/2020 - Heavy Slitter Two Arm area, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed by hazards while banding coils.    Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard would be to ensure employees follow safe work practices when banding coils.
