29 CFR 1910.261(k)(18): The hazard of the nip points on all calender rolls was not eliminated or minimized by means of an effective barrier device, or by feeding the paper into the rolls by means of a rope carrier, air jets, or hand feeding devices:  a) Pratt Industries d.b.a. Wapakoneta Paper Mill located at 402 Leon Pratt Drive in Wapakoneta, Ohio; On or about February 24, 2020 the employer did not ensure nip points on calendar rolls were eliminated or minimized. Employees were exposed to amputation and caught in hazards during rethreads procedures in that a nip point existed between the tension roller and the horizontal cross member in BHS Corrugator Machine at the glue unit.
