29 CFR 1926.600(a)(3)(ii): Equipment was parked and the parking brake was not set.  Equipment parked on an incline did not have the wheels chocked and the parking brake set:    (a) On or about March 2, 2020, in a truck storage yard, an employee coupling a removable gooseneck low-bed trailer was exposed to a crushing hazard.  The brakes were not set, and the wheels of the tractor-trailer were not chocked to prevent movement.
