An employee was exposed to caught and struck by hazards while cutting nails using a portable saw (i.e. Makita, Model No. 9557NB) that lacked a guard.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    On or about 3/3/2020, at outside of First Baptist Church, located at 7 NW Ave B, Belle Glade, FL 33430.  Employees were exposed to an approximate 20-feet fall hazard while working from an aerial lift (i.e. JLG Lift, Action 400S, Serial No. 0300240837) without being tied off.
