Oil City Main Post Office; back exit by Front Street - On or about 3/5/20, and at times prior thereto, the stairway platform outside of the door had cracking in the base of the concrete platform and bricks were falling out of the area under the platform.   A crack began to propagate along the surface of the stairway platform along the outer edge/corner.        ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:  Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
