The employees are permitted to work where they are potentially exposed to bloodborne pathogens without being provided the required Hepatitis B vaccination series. On 03/05/2020 employees who were potentially exposed to bloodborne pathogens were not offered the required Hepatitis B vaccination series.

The employees are permitted to use hazardous chemicals in the workplace without receiving required hazard communication training. On 03/05/2020 employees used hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, Acetone without having received required hazard communication training.
