29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: Worksite located at 924 S. Mitchell Ave., Chillicothe, Missouri- Employees were exposed to impalement hazards in that rebar, near where the employees were working and walking, were not protected from impalement by caps.
