29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a)On or about March 6, 2020,on the north side of the worksite, employees were utilizing ladder jack scaffolding at a height of 16 feet to install fascia on the face of a two story residential home without the use of fall protection systems.
