29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been  taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s):  On or about 03/03/2020, in the refurbishing and production shop, the Daewoo, G25E, SER# G8400535 was found to be in need of repair and defective, and had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition:   a. The rear wheels were different sizes, and one was not inflated to the recommended pressure.  b.  An LP gas cylinder strap was inoperable.
