On or about March 10, 2020, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 3905 Lambrusco Lane, Colleyville, Texas; at the new residential construction site, employees were walking and working from the roof and not protected from falling more than 18 feet to the lower level by use of guardrail or personal fall arrest system.
