29 CFR 1926.34(c): Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency.   a) Ground floor, front entrance/exit to the basement:     Employees were cutting 18 feet long metal studs in the entrance/exit passageway, which obstructed the exit route and exit doors from the basement to outside. 29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous.  a) Basement:  An employee used an electric powered screwdriver to install framing. The screwdriver was connected to an extension cord, which was routed to another extension cord that was routed to a nearby outlet device. Both connected extension cords were missing ground pins. On or about 03/10/2020.
