JRM Pallets & Mulch - The employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program when noise levels in the facility indicated an employee's noise exposure could exceed the 8-hour time weighted average of 85 decibels. Employees noise levels in the facility ranged between 86 decibels and 104 decibels, on or about March 11, 2020. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
