OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards:  a) 208 North 20th Ave, Bozeman, MT, 59715: On or about March 05, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards in the event the employer modified JLG 3246ES Scissor Lift tipped over while being used to elevate steel columns into place. The employer modified JLG 3246ES Scissor Lift was being used to handle materials including, but not limited to, steel columns.
