29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) On or about March 11, 2020, in the warehouse area, an employee was required to operate machine press #24. The employer failed to provide adequate guarding for machine press #24 to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during operation, thereby exposing the employee to amputation hazards.
