One had damaged up locks and another had a frayed cable.  b) Auto lifts are not periodically inspected.  c) Employees have not received formal auto lift training.  d) The ALI/LP-Guide "Quick Reference Guide, Vehicle Lifting Points for Frame Engaging Lifts" was not available for employee use.
