29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) On or about March 12, 2020, at 8700 Judge Perez, Chalmette, LA, the employees utilized a JLG 450AJ aerial lift without adequate fall protection while changing lights in a parking lot sign approximately 28 feet above the ground.
