29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  a) New residential construction located on Lots #45 and Lots #47, Top plate and second level: On or about 03/06/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic framing nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees using these tools at 130 PSI while engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:  a) New residential construction located on Lots #45, First floor: On or about 03/06/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to severe laceration and amputations hazards while operating circular saws, in that the lower guard was shimmed in the open position as the blade remained unguarded after cuts were made to the 2x4's used for framing.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) New residential construction located on Lot #45, Front top plate: On or about 03/06/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to falls of 9-feet, 8-inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees using the top plate as a walking/working surface.   b) New residential construction located on Lot #47, Second floor: On or about 03/06/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to falls of 10-feet, 8-inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided along all open sides of the walking/working area.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a) New residential construction located on Lot #47, First floor: On or about 03/06/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 10-feet, 8-inches to the lower level, in that the ladder provided to access the upper level did not reach or extend 3-feet past the second level to allow employees engaged in framing activities safe access.
