Canton, Ohio 44720; the employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site where employees were exposed to fall hazards and struck by hazards (employees utilizing air driven nail guns without eye protection) from working surfaces of varying heights approximately 13 feet.

Canton, Ohio 44720; the employer did not ensure employees working on the roof of a single family home were protected from possible danger of eye injury from impact, or from flying objects from the employees installing roofing material.  The James Hershberger DBA James Hershberger Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.102(a)(1) eye and face protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1411614, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on (8/15/2019), with respect to a workplace located at 5908 Chestnut Rd, Independence, OH 44131.
