29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about 03/18/2020 employees at the George Washington Turnpike framing project were exposed to falls while engaged in residential construction activities without fall protection in the following locations:   A) Employees were exposed to approximately a 13' exterior fall while framing second story interior walls. The employees were not provided fall protection.    B) Employees were exposed to approximately 10' falls from the unprotected stairwell opening.  The second story stairwell opening was not protected resulting in interior falls of approximately 10' to the first floor deck.
