WEG gearbox - two-inch, keyed rotating shaft - two inch opening, 48-inches above the walking working surface;  f. WEG gearbox - four-inch, keyed rotating shaft - four inch opening, 48-inches above the walking working surface;   g. four inch, keyed rotating shaft, seven and one half inch opening, 48-inches above the walking working surface.  h. vent stuffer, four-inch unguarded vertical shaft was 75-inches (six-foot three-inches) off of the walking working surface.
