29 CFR 1904.33(a): The employer did not maintain the OSHA 300 log, the privacy case list, the annual summary  and the OSHA 301 Inident Report forms for five (5) years following the end of the calendar year that those records covered:   On or about 03/18/2020, Materialogic, located at 3100 Corporate Exchange Court, Bridgeton, MO, the employer did not maintain their OSHA Logs for the years 2016 and 2015.  The employer had logs for 2017, 2018 and 2019.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):   On or about 03/18/2020, Materialogic, located at 3100 Corporate Exchange Court, Bridgeton, MO, did not update and have Safety Data Sheets (SDS) concerning such products as the Enhance Neutral Floor Cleaner by Pro-Tex-All Company and WD-40 by WD-40 Company.  Their Hazard Communication program still addressed MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets).  The employer did have MSDSs for the products they use.
