29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage. a) On or about March 16, 2020, in the Mechanic area, employees were near and around an Electrical Control Panel that was being blocked by an Air Compressor (#2142) that did not have the standard three (3) feet clearance of allotted work space.

29 CFR 1910.95(c)(1): The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.9(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent. On or about March 16, 2020 in the warehouse, employees were exposed to noise levels above the Action Level of 85 dBa without having an effective Hearing Conservation Program established by the employer. a) Employees were working in the Structural Cell area operating Saws making various parts for Union Tank Car Company (UTLX). The employee were exposed to continuous noise at a dose of 89.4dBA for a duration of 377 minutes of the work shift. The exposure calculation included a zero increment for 103 minutes not sampled. b) Employees were working in the Structural Cell area operating Saws making various parts for Union Tank Car Company (UTLX). The employee were exposed to continuous noise at a dose of 88dBA for a duration of 389 minutes of the work shift. The exposure calculation included a zero increment for 91 minutes not sampled.
