29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about 03/16/2020, inside the block plant building at the west end of the building, 110VAC electrical wiring was not protected from strain relief, in that, its conduit was missing resulting in strain being placed on the wiring entering an electrical box for a motor.
