29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident to OSHA within eight (8) hours, either by telephone or in person to the OSHA Area Office that is nearest to the site of incident, by telephone to the OSHA toll-free central telephone number, 1-800-321-OSHA (1-800-321-6742), or by electronic submission using the reporting application located on the OSHA public web site at www.osha.gov:         a) The employer did not report the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident that occurred on or about March 17, 2020, to OSHA within eight (8) hours of the employee's death.  The death was reported to OSHA on March 24, 2020.       No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
