29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: (a) On or about March 13, 2020 - DTR Insertion area, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when the light curtain did not prevent clamp movement while operators were installing parts into the clamp fixture.
