Citation 1 item 2: On or about 03/26/2020, employees installing plywood sheathing to a 5:12 pitch roof on a newly constructed residential property locate at Lot #4, Electric Ave. in Mableton, GA 30168, were not protected from a fall hazard by conventional fall protection and/or devices. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard from a height of approximately 19-feet, 10-inches from eave height to ground level.
