(a)  401 Mall Blvd, Savannah, GA 2nd floor balcony - On or about March 18, 20209 two employees were exposed to a fall while working 14 feet above concrete with no fall protection.

(a)  401 Mall Blvd, Savannah, GA 2nd floor balcony - On or about March 18, 2020 two employees were exposed to eye injuries due to flying objects while cutting a metal frame to replace some windows.
