Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   Location: 170 Avenue F, Bayonne, NJ.  a) Employer did not protect employees from fall hazards at the site while working/walking at an unprotected leading edge thereby exposing the employees to a potential fall of approximately 40 ft to the floor below; on or about 3/24/20.
