On or about March 30, 2020, at the trench jobsite, the 8 foot 4 inch deep trench employees were working in was not inspected by a competent person prior to employees being allowed in the trench.    b. On or about March 31, 2020, at the trench jobsite, the 8 foot 4 inch deep trench employees were working in was not inspected by a competent person prior to employees being allowed in the trench.
