OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees operating a lawn mower.    (a) Grassy Bank near train tracks: On April 4, 2020 and times prior, employees  were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating a Bolens Lawn Mower (Model 11A--020W765) on a grassy embankment outside of the manufacturers requirements, to include: mowing up and down a slope, and mowing a slope greater than 15 degrees.
