29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) At the jobsite, on or about 3/5/20:  Workers were installing siding onto patios/porches approximately 14 feet from ground without fall protection of any kind.     JM Business Associates Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1129583, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/7/20, with respect to a workplace located at Hartwood Manor Apartments, 3150 Church Street, Caledonia, NY.    JM Business Associates Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1121874, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/17/20, with respect to a workplace located at Hartwood Manor Apartments, 3150 Church Street, Caledonia, NY.
