29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve:  (a) Paint prep area: On or about April 8th 2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards in that respirators were not stored to protect them from damage and dust. Two half-mask respirators, an N95 respirator, and a full-mask respirator were observed improperly stored on dusty work stations in the paint prep area.

29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii): Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not protected from the rays by noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields:  (a) Tail-gate station: On or about April 8th, 2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to radiation hazards in that, employees who work at the tail-gate station, adjacent to the welding line, are not protected by flameproof screens or shields and are not required to wear appropriate goggles.
