OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: Hunter Subdivision-Dobkins Drive: On or about April 22, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a rupture hazard while performing a saddle tapping procedure on a pressurized 8 inch JM Eagle PVC Pipe with a saddle placed within 24 inches from the back of the bell.
