29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system;       a) On or about May 1, 2020, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 16 feet (one commercial story) while performing roofing work along the side edge of the roof without the use of fall protection or a safety monitor.     b) On or about May 1, 2020, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 16 feet (one commercial story) while performing roofing work and throwing debris from the front edge of the roof without the use of fall protection or a safety monitor.          Superior Building & Remodeling, Inc., dba Superior Roofing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1398016, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 18, 2019, with respect to a worksite located at 4734 E. Bien Beau Lane, Lisle, Illinois.         No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
