The employer did not ensure that employees using pneumatic nail guns were provided with eye and face protection, thus exposing employees to an eye injury, on or about 5/12/20.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Exterior Front of Two Story Frame Home: Employees engaged in roofing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet and 22 feet above the lower surface, without the use of a personal fall arrest system. The employer did not ensure that employees performing roofing work were provided with a personal fall arrest system, or other means of fall protection, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard, on or about 5/12/20.
