29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  a) Single Family Frame Home (Exterior Front): Employees engaged in roofing work were using hand held pneumatic nail guns without the use of eye and face protection. The employer did not ensure that employees using pneumatic nail guns were provided with eye and face protection, thus exposing employees to an eye injury, on or about 5/12/20.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) Exterior Front of Two Story Frame Home: Employees engaged in roofing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet and 22 feet above the lower surface, without the use of a personal fall arrest system. The employer did not ensure that employees performing roofing work were provided with a personal fall arrest system, or other means of fall protection, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard, on or about 5/12/20.
