29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:    (a)  Jobsite:  On or about May 13, 2020, an employee and the company owner were working (felling a tree) from a 60 foot boom Snorklift and they were not using any personal fall protection.   The fall hazard to the two employees was approximately 40 to 50 feet.
