29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) Employees were exposed to 20 ft fall hazard when working at the top of a newly constructed addition at the back of the building; a full height guardrail was not provided nor were employees otherwise provided/using fall protection (harness and lifeline).     Location: 16 2nd Place, Brooklyn NY    On or about 3/10/2020    NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
