OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized caught-in and amputation hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees:  a) This violation occurred on or about May 14, 2020, at a workplace located at 4545 Mission Ave., Frisco, TX; where an employee, who was setting shoe/making adjustment on the Makita saw, was not protected from amputation.
