29 CFR 1926.452(w)(1): All brace connections were not secured:  (a) Atlas Building, 8th Floor, West side - On or about 2/6/20, the employer allowed employees to use a MetalTech baker scaffold which had concrete wedge anchors being used in lieu of locking pins on the end frame bracing connections which were not approved by the manufacturer, exposing employees to fall hazards.
