29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:     a) Building A, third floor, west side of building, Unit #305 balcony, on or about 6-1-20:  One temporary agency employee was disposing construction debris from an open sided balcony and was not protected from falls, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 23 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.252(a): An enclosed chute of wood, or equivalent material, was not used where materials were dropped more than 20 feet to points lying outside the exterior walls of the building:    a) Building A, third floor, west side of building, Unit #305 balcony, on or about 6-1-20:  One temporary agency employee was disposing construction debris by discarding it over a railing and dropping it to the ground without a debris chute, a drop of 26 feet 6 inches.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:    a) Building B, west end, connecting to north end of Building A, on or about 6-1-20:  Employees were using a stairway between the first and third floor using a stairway that was not equipped with at least one handrail, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of up to 8 feet.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM
