(b) On or about June 4 2020, and at times prior, an employee in the detail department was exposed to hazardous chemicals in that a spray bottle labeled as glass cleaner was actually Interior Cleaner and an additional container with the same Interior Cleaner was not labeled.   Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
