29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  This violation occurred on June 8, 2020, where at least one (1) employee working on a 2nd story landing of an outdoor stairwell was exposed to a fall of approximately 10 feet to the concrete below.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge.  This violation occurred on or about June 8, 2020, when at least two (2) employees used a stairwell that was not equipped with a handrail system along each unprotected side or edge.  Employees were exposed to falls of more than 10 feet to the concrete below.
